Alyssandra is the daughter of a Rear Admiral and as such has strong ties with military members and their families. She has been known to take in Navy widows and orphans and provide them with care they are unable to get elsewhere. Perhaps ties of service with her father, tending to family members of crew lost at sea. There are several approaches I can see. *excited*

I have been trying to work out what types of ties and connections I want for Alyssandra. The more of her personality and reasoning I discover about the clearer the picture becomes (Sorry my inner writer is showing again). Romantic: (Demiromantic/Heterosexual) has had a previous love who went on to be with someone else. The emotion may have been greater from Alyssandra's side, but Greenthorne's tend to love and hate with their whole hearts. She is willing to allow romance back into her life, but the term once burned twice shy very much applies to her, and if you want her hand be prepared to work for it. Activities: SCIENCE! Alyssandra is very into Horticulture (her gardens are to die for), but her interests have also moved on to developing better crops and working out good soil rotation for her lands. EDUCATION! We need to ensure that all people have the right to a good education. This the high ground where Alyssandra will die on. Education opens doors and grants opportunities, how can we deny others.
