@Athena Peters OK, so if I understand correctly: The base of 10 or 20 letters are use-it-or-lose it (standard and Gold subscriptions). Any add-on rolls over to the next month and can also be donated for the use of other players. But add-ons are counted differently than subscription base letters, so the number of letters sent is counted first from the base subscription number, and *then* the add-ons. Is that correct? (I assume the burden is on the players to keep track of how many letters they've sent, out of which pool)

So @Athena Peters with the letter cap, both one-time $15 add-on and increased-level subscription, is it 'use it or lose it', or do the unused purchased amounts roll over month-to-month? I'm confused about this making *more* work and thus higher cost for Incantrix.

I'd be happy to be friends, connections, family- Sophrona resides in Herefordshire (the border of Wales and England) and has for the past 6 years and is a gossip, so they may have visited each other often in the past? Or perhaps still, for the occasional tea, despite the Miasma?

@Duke James Richmond (Greg) I switched everything over to Airtable and....yes, much easier. :D

I sent letters in that font and can confirm it's rather lovely! I'd recommend narrowing your margins, as it's a wide font so a page can fill very quickly, but there was no issue with the font or kerning that I caught.

Hello, fellow organized Virgo! :D I'm starting with it in Google Sheets. As I'm drafting each letter as a file, before writing it, I'm attaching letters I've sent to the applicable addressee line within the sheet (for reference as communications continue). I've used other cells on each addressee line to note gossip items and other things of note to bring up in future correspondence. And I have a second tab just for brainstorming ideas for player submissions to the newsletter, NPCs to reach out to, etc. I might switch to Airtable, for the visual side of things, as needed.

The separate wrapping is what I'm planning to do with enclosed spices- fabric or paper, well-folded, sealed with wax. It should also (I hope) protect the enclosed from being obliterated by the post.
